I-Joists
An I-joist is an ‘I’-shaped engineered wood product structurally designed for use in residential, apartment blocks, commercial buildings and roof applications by virtue of its greater span ability and strength.  It has been prefabricated using machine stress graded lumber or laminated veneer lumber (LVL) flanges and wood structural panel webs together with exterior adhesives.

Light in weight, yet immensely strong, the long-length I-Joists are quick and easy to install.

Straight and true, I-Joists facilitate flat floors and even ceilings.  Pre-stamped holes in the OSB web allows speedy installation of wiring and plumbing.  Other holes can be made in the web to accommodate larger services.

Floor Cassettes
As an additional manufacturing service we provide floor cassettes which incorporate I-Joists.  Floor cassettes are ideal for larger projects, easily craned into position enhancing productivity.
